We launched this service in August 2022, and we are adding new suburbs all the time, if your suburb doesn’t allow you to make a booking – no problem.

Pick-up available Monday-Friday in NSW. A minimum of 3 business days' notice is required for all pickups. Please note we pick up in specific suburbs each day. If you cannot find a date that suits you please reach out to the team on rnccnsw@rednose.org.au

Did you receive a big red bag in your letterbox in the last 7 days? If you did, then you don't need to book in a pick-up. Simply put your bags out next to your letterbox on the day listed on the bag.

What sort of items do you have for collection?

Clothes, shoes or accessories

Linen or manchester

Bric-a-brac and home decor

Small kitchen items (pots, pans etc)

Clothing, apparel, manchester and linen items are urgently required.

We do accept donations of small kitchen and household goods, and bric-a-brac but we do request that these are accompanied by 3 bags of clothing or textile items.

We do not accept large white goods, kitchen appliances, furniture or mattresses.

How many bags or boxes are there to collect?

A minimum of 3 bags is required to book a pick-up.

Is there anything else we need to know about the items or your address?

e.g heavy items, bags will be left in the carport, please ring the doorbell etc.
