Pick-up available Monday-Friday in Adelaide and Melbourne. A minimum of 3 business days' notice is required for all pickups.

Did you receive a big red bag in your letterbox in the last 7 days? If you did, then you don't need to book in a pick-up. Simply put your bags out next to your letterbox on the day listed on the bag.

What sort of items do you have for collection?

Clothes, shoes or accessories

Linen or manchester

Bric-a-brac and home decor

Small kitchen items (pots, pans etc)

We accept donations of clothing, apparel, manchester and linen, small kitchen and household goods, and bric-a-brac. We do not accept large white goods, kitchen appliances, furniture or mattresses.

How many bags or boxes are there to collect?

A minimum of 3 bags is required to book a pick-up.

Is there anything else we need to know about the items or your address?

e.g heavy items, bags will be left in the carport, please ring the doorbell etc.
